Not trying to be a critic, I thing its a bit bloated, saturated. The "The Simpsons" logo in the Start Panel is surely eye-harming and not clear. With all your respect, why don't you try tiding it a bit and making it more soft? Try getting a design similar to the wallpaper you are using, with clear soft lines, and soft, pastel colors. I thing it would be great if you do so. Anyway, thanks for your job. Hope you don't get mad for my commentaries, but to have them in mind to make your style look better. Bye!
